本人从事软件工程技术相关研究，担任江苏省计算机学会特色化软件人才培养专业委员会秘书长，江苏省计算机学会理事。主持承担国家自然科学基金面上项目、科技部重点研发计划子课题、科研平台项目、教育部产学合作协同育人项目等科研项目，在TSE、TOSEM、ISSTA、ICSE、ASE等国际顶级期刊会议及中国科学等国内外高水平期刊上发表多篇论文，曾获Internetware 2023 杰出论文奖。研究成果在华为、百度、阿里等一线企业中得到转化和应用，曾获国家级教学成果奖二等奖、首届全国高校计算机专业优秀教师、教育部-华为“智能基座”栋梁之师、中国软件大会软件教学案例交流与竞赛优秀奖等奖励。
